Stayed the same. Which isn't a loss like I'd hoped for, but on the positive side, it's not a gain!
we've had no cooker this past week. it's been... interesting to say the least. and far to much take out cause there's only so much you can do iwth the hob and the pans i have! however, i once again have an oven. i can cook properly. and bake the cakes i need for the order i have at the weekend!

not quite a week...
and i've apparently gained 2lbs. the pizza, chips & mcdonalds i'm sure didn't help. Monday is weigh in day though so I've got... oooh.. 48hrs to get them off and at least get a stay the same!
Did Aquafit Monday & Thursday this week. And going to add swimming lengths to that after. Less on Mondays as one of the other ladies often gives me a lift home and I don't want to keep her waiting.
School runs as ever- though weather has meant DH picking us up a couple of nights. And water play iwth the kids Friday.

Day 2
Lots of walking today. That's what happens when you go shopping in Kingston! But not such a good day on the food choices front.
No breakfast cause I over slept. Then we had pizza hut for dinner. I think I may need to stop eating it because I can't limit myself to just 1-2 slices.
Must buy more fruit and salad. That I can eat in abundance. And drink all the water and diet coke I like too!

Day One
Start Weight: 18st 13lbs
Start BMI: 42.41
Final Goal Weight: 12st 13lbs
Final Goal BMI: 29.2
I need to lose weight. I've needed to for a long time. I know that technically at my final goal I'll still be overweight but I'll be 6st lighter.
On the journey I hope to raise £100 for asthma uk and if you want to help encourage me on my way feel free to pop to my just giving page here
