stayed the same again this morning.
given that last week, i pretty much put anything and everything in my mouth, I'm happy iwth that.
i worked hard tonight at aqua. then spoilt it with pizza hut for tea. even worse. i had wedges and cookie dough to go with it.
better work even harder thursday then.
