I think I'm going to learn about my habits with this.
I started the day well enough.... 2 slices toast & Marmite. Can of diet coke while dealing with the parentals (My sister and I share their care, along with Clive who shares the driving with my sis). Home again and found a random left over chocolate** cake from our picnic the other day.
** I am a complete chocoholic. But explain just HOW I've had a bar of dairy milk in my bag for almost 3wks?!
Made pancakes for a brunch feast with our visitor. The kids LOVE pancake feasts.. The toppings are the thing here LOL. Anyway. I had mine with Strawberries, drizzle of maple syrup and squirty cream. Then more cream with more strawbs and half a banana. And Rick's last 1/4 pancake.....
I have a glass of squash on the go and have made macaroni cheese for dinner. With or without garlic bread will be up to the kids and their God Mother.
I'm an impulse eater. Rick wanted dinky donuts yesterday. So I bought some for him to share with the girls. But they smelt sooo good that we ate them on the way home :o/
Not sure I'll lose weight this way. We shall see. If I can avoid the impulse to shove random food in my mouth..........
My sister has set up a 15 lbs in 15wks challenge. I'm going to find a way to weigh myself tomorrow and join in.
