I suck at blogging my food/excersize choices!
However. I've managed not to eat the whole bar of chocolate in one hit (so far!)
Today, I had the HUGEST veggie sausage & egg roll in cheese bread for breakfast. Would have been lovely if the bread wasn't stale! Washed down with a couple of diet cokes.. in between washing up, stripping/hoovering/making bed, cooking breakfast for my parents and doing the bits I normally do for them!
Lunch was pickles and 2 cheese & onion sandwiches
yoghurt, cake, a couple of crisps and more diet coke
tea was tomato and mozarella pasta. and more pop. I need to work harder on non carbonated drinks!
i'm going to have some chocolate tonight! I will lose the inches. I may join a group tomorrow, I may not.......
